Continuing Education (CE) is not only a requirement from National CASA.
It is also the key to increasing our abilities to be exceptional for the children who rely upon us.
CASAs are expected to earn a minimum of 12 CE hours each calendar year. All hours are logged into Optima and approved by your Advocate Manager.
We provide CASAs an enormous number of access points for CEs.

Please return the title to the CASA office when you are finished. Thank you.
A new CASA report format rolled out in October 2021. Highlights of the changes include:
entries by child rather than date
paragraph summaries of topics
increased story-like verbiage
list of best interest bullet points
These resources are to help you learn the new format.
Each case has an individualized template available in Optima.
